3. Return Process

If you believe your product is eligible for return, please follow these steps:

Step 4: If approved, we will provide return instructions and shipping label (if applicable)


4. Shipping Damage

Important: Inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

If you notice shipping damage:

  • Take photos of the damaged package and product
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Keep all original packaging materials

Failure to report within 48 hours may result in denial of claim.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


6. Exchanges

7. Custom & Bespoke Orders

Custom orders (including specific weave patterns, custom finishes, or one-off designs) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Please ensure all specifications are confirmed before production begins.
