A: Dry carbon uses pre-preg material cured in an autoclave under high temperature and pressure, resulting in lighter weight, higher strength, and a perfect finish. Wet carbon is hand-laminated at room temperature, which is heavier and less consistent.

Q3: Do you offer custom weave patterns and finishes?
A: Yes. We offer three weave patterns (twill, forged, plain) and three surface finishes (gloss, matte, satin). Custom combinations are available upon request.

Q4: How do you guarantee product quality?
A: We guarantee quality through three pillars: skilled team (strict production process), advanced equipment (autoclaves, CNC machines), and premium raw materials. Every product undergoes a 3-stage quality inspection before shipping.

Q5: Are your products exact replicas of OEM parts?
A: Our aftermarket parts are designed to match OEM fitment and aesthetics but are not official OEM products. We use “For” or “Compatible with” to indicate compatibility with specific vehicle models.

Q6: Will the carbon fiber fade or yellow over time?
A: No. We apply UV-protected clear coat to all our products, which prevents yellowing and fading from sun exposure, ensuring long-lasting clarity and depth.

2. Customization & Ordering

Q7: Can I order individual parts instead of a full kit?
A: Absolutely. You can purchase full kits for a complete transformation or individual components (front lip, side skirts, rear diffuser, spoiler, etc.) based on your needs.

Q8: Do you offer custom designs for unique builds?
A: Yes. We offer full customization for weave patterns, surface finishes, and one-off designs. Contact us with your requirements for a bespoke quote.

Q9: What information do I need to provide for a custom quote?
A: Please provide your vehicle model, year, desired products, and any specific customization requests (weave pattern, finish, etc.). A VIN is helpful for precise fitment verification.

Q11: What is your pricing structure?

Q12: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C, Credit Card, PayPal, and Western Union. For first-time orders, full payment may be required before production.

Q13: Do you offer deposit + balance terms?
A: For established customers with a proven order history, we may offer 50% deposit and 50% balance before shipment. Terms are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Q14: Are there any hidden fees?
A: No. Our pricing is transparent. You will receive a detailed quote including product cost, shipping, and any applicable fees. Import duties and taxes in your country are your responsibility.

Q15: What is your typical production time?
A: Standard production takes 5-30 days after payment confirmation, depending on product type (stock vs. custom) and order quantity. Custom orders may take longer.

Q16: Do you provide tracking information?
A: Yes. Once your order ships, we will provide tracking information via email or WhatsApp.

Q17: What shipping methods do you offer?
A: We offer express delivery (DHL, FedEx, UPS), air freight, and sea freight. The best option depends on your order size, urgency, and budget.

A: Most of our products are direct bolt-on using factory mounting points. No drilling or cutting is required for standard installations.

A: While DIY installation is possible for some products, we strongly recommend professional installation by a shop experienced with carbon fiber components to ensure perfect fitment and avoid damage.

Q22: What if the product doesn’t fit my vehicle?
A: All our products are designed for specific vehicle models. Please verify your vehicle’s model year and trim before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us with your VIN for fitment confirmation.

Q23: Do you provide installation instructions?
A: Yes. We provide basic installation guidance. For detailed instructions, professional installation is recommended.

6. Returns & Warranty

Q24: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns for manufacturing defects, wrong items shipped, and shipping damage (reported within 48 hours). Custom orders and change of mind are not eligible for return. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for details.

Q25: Do you offer a warranty?
A: Yes. We offer a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, accidents, racing, or normal wear and tear.

Q26: What if my product is damaged during shipping?
A: Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If you notice shipping damage, take photos and contact us within 48 hours. Keep all original packaging materials for inspection.

Q27: How do I file a warranty claim?
